The company wants to remain simply and clearly organised, with a stable board whose vision rests on common sense and commercial judgement.

Our commercial focus lies in joint (real estate) investment in which participating partners gain substantial advantages of synergy.
Market
Real estate is people’s business
The real estate market is characterised by a high degree of people’s business. For that reason Synvestor® concentrates on networks of relationships and their steady expansion.
The company also devotes attention to market and marketing planning, research into potential sources of profit, competitive analysis and strategic market groups. Together these produce a segmentation of the market.
The emphasis of our commercial planning lies in structured forms of cooperation in (real estate) investment: real estate investment partnerships and trusts.
Risk management
One model for the principal market risks
Synvestor® applies a self-developed standard method for managing the principal market risks and their impact on the company, by means of an integrated organisational model.
The structure of the group follows directly from it: see how it is built up.
Risk kept at a distance
In principle the holding company runs no substantial risk: only non-risk-bearing activities take place there.
A ring-fenced setup
A risk-bearing activity gets its own operating company. Legally and in terms of risk, that offers the parties involved somewhat more safety.
One form, everywhere
We aim to maintain this organisational form across virtually all activities, at home or abroad, in favour of transparency and integrity.
The mark
Synergy and investor: investing in a structured partnership adds substantial value.
The triumphal arch in the logo comes from the founder’s affinity with classical, and particularly Roman, architecture. Because of its distinctive character the name has been registered and protected with an ® in the Netherlands.
