Synvestor

III Organisation

Organisation

Synvestor® wants to be structured as simply as possible. We aim to maintain that form across virtually all activities, at home or abroad, in favour of the transparency and integrity of the whole.

Structure

Four layers, one construction

The company structure is more or less built like an arch. The ‘weight’ – the financial risks – is mainly carried by the piers and the foundation, results are mostly consolidated upwards to the holding.

↓ Risk Results ↑

Why this way

Risk does not belong in the holding

Project and investment risks are ‘reserved’ for the subsidiaries and (sub)participations. Legally and in terms of risk, that ring-fenced setup offers somewhat more safety to all parties involved.

It is the same basic principle as in the structure: keep risks preferably ‘down to the ground’.
